A companion app for the Bahria University LMS, built and run by me with no institutional backing: a Flutter mobile app plus a web version, deployed on Vercel.
118 students have registered across five campuses: Karachi (55.93%), Islamabad E-8 (27.97%), Islamabad H-11 (12.71%), and Lahore and IPP Karachi (3.39%).
I also built the analytics layer: daily active, weekly interaction and monthly active users, campus distribution and a dormant-user breakdown. Monthly active users sit at 24.58% (29 of 118). That is an honest number, not a flattering one, and having real retention data to act on is exactly why I built the dashboard.
