Torqo: Flashlight & Tools
One reusable Flutter template (Riverpod, go_router, repository abstractions, generated immutable models) powers 14+ apps: an AR tracing app, an OCR document scanner, a QR and barcode scanner, an expense and budget manager, a water tracker with widgets, a unit and currency converter, developer text tools, name-discovery apps, and a few games.
Most apps are offline-first, on Drift/SQLite, Hive and shared_preferences, with grouped date-range analytics, local caching and bundled-data fallbacks. Heavier work runs off the UI thread in isolates.
They integrate Google ML Kit OCR, camera and document scanning, PDF export, sensors and torch control, scheduled notifications, Play review flows and multi-network AdMob mediation with cooldowns and caps. Three of them pull from my own REST data services, with pagination and offline fallbacks.
We build and publish these under KORE Tech. Torqo: Flashlight & Tools is live on Google Play, others are already used by real people outside the Play Store, and more are on the way.
