One engine, three ways in: a Google Maps search, a CSV/XLSX sheet, or a list of Maps links and Place IDs. Every input runs through the same eight stages (discover, details and reviews, clean, enrich, reviews, contacts, audit, export) and lands in the same workbook.

Playwright drives Chromium like a person: it types the search, wheel-scrolls the results, opens each place once and reads its details and reviews in the same visit. Pace profiles, hourly and daily caps across runs, and a CAPTCHA cool-down keep it polite, and every item is checkpointed in SQLite, so a cancelled or blocked run resumes exactly where it stopped.

Enrichment crawls each website for emails, socials, owner names from JSON-LD, SEO metadata, CMS and tech stack, tracking pixels, SSL expiry and the PageSpeed mobile score. Phones are classified with libphonenumber, and decision makers are found on LinkedIn through search-engine queries.

The audit is rule-based, with no LLM: reviews are scored clause by clause with VADER (extended with Roman Urdu), competitors are compared from the same search, and every business gets derived metrics (rating velocity, unanswered negative reviews, competitor gap, local rank), service-fit flags, an ICP bucket, a client-facing audit PDF and an internal sales brief with an outreach draft.

It runs as a FastAPI web app with a React + Mantine frontend, where one WebSocket pushes live progress, logs and CAPTCHA alerts, and as a CLI for the same engine.

The engine is standalone and works for any business type. TapBridge, my NFC review-card startup, uses it to find and qualify its leads.
