The largest codebase I have built by file count. Django provides the APIs and reusable content models (news, categories, plans and links), so editors manage everything from the admin.
The React frontend covers the home page, article feeds, archives, detail pages and FAQs, with reusable components throughout, plus SEO-friendly landing pages and subscription funnels.
The backend also handles static asset serving, so the whole platform deploys as one.
